About the Role

Suliyan Company, a Saudi investment group undergoing significant growth and expansion, is seeking an experienced HR Director to join its team. This role is integral to building a modern Human Resources function that supports the company's long-term vision, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across multiple specialized industries. The position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, offered as a full-time opportunity.

Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership position focused on developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The HR Director will be responsible for building the Human Resources function from the ground up, acting as a key partner in developing the organization's talent and fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Human Resources function.
  • Develop HR strategies that support business growth and objectives.
  • Oversee executive recruitment and overall talent acquisition efforts.
  • Design organizational structures, job descriptions, and career development paths.
  • Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Build systems for performance management, rewards, and talent development.
  • Cultivate a high-performance organizational culture and enhance the employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant government platforms.
  • Report on HR metrics and provide strategic insights to executive management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or transforming HR functions.
  • Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is considered an advantage.
