Role Overview
The Director of Human Resources will oversee and manage all human resources functions within the Riyadh location. This role is integral to supporting the company's operational goals and employee experience, ensuring alignment with W Hotels' brand standards and Marriott International's policies. The position demands a strategic approach to HR management, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of W Hotels in Riyadh.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and addressing grievances effectively.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Drive talent development and training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
