Role Overview
The Director of Human Resources will oversee human resources functions within the W Hotels brand in Riyadh. This role is integral to supporting the brand's mission of igniting passion and creating a world of possibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with W Hotels' brand objectives and Marriott International's global standards.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the W Hotels culture.
- Oversee talent development programs and initiatives to support associate growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
