W Hotels is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within one of Marriott International's brands. Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the hotel. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Developing and executing training and development programs.
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Environment
