Role Overview: Hotel Receptionist

Alhuraish Trading is seeking a Hotel Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. This role is central to providing a welcoming and efficient experience for guests. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for individuals starting their careers in hospitality or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel services and local facilities.
• Answer phone calls and handle reservations.
• Maintain guest records and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
• Ensure a professional, courteous, and efficient front desk experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service and receptionist duties skills.
• Solid phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Reliable clerical skills, including basic computer use and record keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.
