3PL Territory Lead

About the Role

Delivery Hero is seeking a 3PL Territory Lead to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and supporting strategic initiatives within the assigned territory. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new 3PL companies to meet business needs and monitor their KPIs and performance.
• Provide operational support to 3PL companies, addressing issues and obstacles.
• Manage 3PL invoices and payment releases.
• Drive operational efficiency and service excellence, balancing supply and demand.
• Analyze future needs to proactively activate requirements and optimize SLA processes for 3PL companies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics services.
• Ensure stakeholder readiness for changes through training, workshops, and communications.
• Review change issues and recommend initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a representative.
• Lead project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects, ensuring completion within parameters (cost, timelines, scope, quality).
• Lead growth initiatives and projects, aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.
• Ensure documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor daily practices to guarantee adherence to mandatory policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Participate in budgeting cycles, provide input, and ensure effective utilization of the department's budget.
• Participate in talent identification and recruitment, manage direct reports, set performance objectives, and provide feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 3PL operations and monitor performance.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven project management skills, including leading and guiding teams.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and budget utilization.
• Experience in people management, including recruitment and performance evaluation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth within the logistics sector. The role involves working with both internal teams and external 3PL partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
