About Petromin Corporation
Petromin Corporation is seeking an After sales Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of aftersales activities across multiple branches within the organization.
Role Summary
The After sales Manager will provide comprehensive oversight of aftersales operations, focusing on revenue, internal charging, warranty claims, inventory, and receivables. The role is instrumental in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and identifying and closing revenue leakage gaps across all aftersales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end accuracy of aftersales revenue (service, parts, accessories) across all branches, validating job cards to invoice flow and enforcing pricing/discount controls.
- Control all internal invoicing, including PDI, reconditioning, internal repairs, demos, and inter-branch work, ensuring full recovery of parts and labor from relevant departments.
- Oversee warranty job validation, accurate coding, and timely submission of claims to minimize rejections and maximize OEM recovery.
- Ensure all fitted accessories are fully invoiced and reconciled with inventory and job cards, preventing revenue leakage from unbilled installations.
- Supervise parts inventory across all locations, monitoring stock levels, aging, and obsolescence to optimize ordering cycles and improve working capital efficiency.
- Monitor open job cards and Work-in-Progress (WIP) aging, ensuring timely job closure, invoicing, and complete capture of labor and parts.
- Manage aftersales receivables (fleet, insurance, warranty), tracking DSO, ensuring timely billing and collections, and minimizing disputes to strengthen cash flow.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and Delegation of Authority (DoA) across all branches, standardizing reporting and KPIs.
- Develop and track branch-level dashboards covering revenue, margins, WIP, warranty recovery, inventory, and receivables, providing actionable insights to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- ERP Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on experience in Autoline ERP with strong working knowledge of aftersales modules (service, parts, warranty). Ability to extract reports, validate transactions, and implement system controls to enhance revenue integrity and financial governance.
- 8–12 years of aftersales experience in an automotive or multi-entity environment.
- Experience with multi-brand dealership structures is strongly preferred.
