About the Role: Architect Tamheer

PATH Consulting | PMO & Strategy Execution is seeking a Junior Architect to join its design team. This full-time, entry-level position is based in Makkah, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. It is suitable for a recent architecture graduate with 0-1 years of experience, aiming to gain practical experience across all stages of architectural projects.

Role Overview

The Junior Architect will work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers. The primary focus of this role is to assist in producing design presentation drawings, technical details, 3D renderings, and project specifications, contributing to projects from initial concept design through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in preparing schematic designs, space planning layouts, and detailed construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using CAD and BIM software.
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations and design reviews.
• Conduct site analysis, zoning research, building code studies, and materials research to support design decisions.
• Help prepare architectural presentation packages, material boards, and specifications.
• Assist in coordinating drawings with engineering disciplines (MEP, Structural).
• Participate in team design reviews, internal project meetings, and client presentations.
• Attend site visits with senior staff to observe construction progress and quality.
• Maintain and organize project digital files, archives, and drawing registers according to company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recent graduate in Architecture.
• 0-1 years of experience in an architectural role.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a motivated approach to design tasks.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities to work on projects in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a collaborative design team, supporting senior staff on various architectural projects.
