Join DP World as an Assistant Manager – Finance Planning & Analytics!

DP World is a global leader in trade and logistics. We strive to make the world’s trade flow smoother, enhancing opportunities for customers and communities alike. We are looking for a dedicated professional in our Jeddah office to enhance our finance processes and lead digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Finance controls over business processes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across all finance and accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, etc.).
  • Lead and execute AI and digital transformation initiatives including RPA and machine learning models.
  • Utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies for workflow analysis and solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to improve system capabilities and automate processes.
  • Design and implement dashboards and KPI tracking systems using tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Act as a bridge between finance, operations, and technical teams to align process changes with business goals.
  • Support change management efforts and ensure technology adoption among the finance team.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for new systems/processes.
  • Benchmark industry best practices in container terminals and logistics.

Education & Qualifications:
  • CPA, CA, ACCA, CIA with 2-3 years’ experience in Finance process improvement/audit required.
  • Experience in Internal Audit/Advisory from Big 4 is preferred.
  • Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified RPA Professional.

Experiences And Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years in Accounting or Finance roles.
  • At least 2 years in process improvement or automation.
  • Experience in the container terminal or logistics industry is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with finance systems (ERP platforms) and process mapping tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
