About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking an AsstMgr-Food & Beverage I to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing assigned food and beverage/culinary operations, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining operational standards, and achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a property environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a commitment to service.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and respond proactively to their concerns.
• Utilize coaching skills across the property to foster staff development.
• Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in daily operations.
• Motivate and encourage staff to resolve guest and employee-related issues effectively.

Ensuring Customer Service Excellence

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond quickly and proactively to guest concerns.
• Understand and uphold the brand's service culture, setting clear service expectations for all guests.
• Take ownership of guest complaints or problems until resolved or escalated to the appropriate manager or employee.
• Follow up to ensure complaints have been addressed to the guest's satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with guests to foster repeat clientele.

Additional Duties

• Comply with all corporate accounting procedures.
• Assist the General Manager as needed with the annual Quality audit.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
