About the Role

Role Purpose

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of high-quality specialty coffee beverages. This role requires precision in coffee preparation and a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient coffee bar environment, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages to customers.
• Accurately dial in espresso shots and calibrate coffee grinders.
• Steam milk and prepare beverages consistently according to established quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with patrons professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and all equipment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks and contribute to daily café operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a specialty coffee shop is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of espresso extraction techniques and milk steaming processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.
