We are looking for a branch manager for our chain of restaurants who has experience in the restaurant field, is skilled and experienced in leading and managing branch operations efficiently. He will be responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving the set goals, managing and guiding the team, and developing their professional skills, monitoring the financial and operational performance of the branch, and ensuring the application of quality standards and distinguished customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions, in addition to proven experience in managing teams and business operations. He will prepare periodic reports for senior management, ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and work on developing relationships with customers and business partners to ensure sustainable business growth.
