Role Overview: Business Development Partner, Interiors & FF&E

MateriaVita is seeking an experienced Business Development Partner for Interiors & FF&E in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically focusing on Jeddah, Makkah, and Medina. This is a commission-based freelance collaboration, not a salaried employment position. The role is designed for independent professionals with established market credibility and a strong network within the architecture, interior design, and development sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and originate qualified business opportunities within the Western Region, including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Red Sea development corridor.
• Leverage existing relationships with architects, interior designers, FF&E teams, developers, hospitality groups, contractors, consultants, and high-end residential clients.
• Facilitate initial introductions and maintain momentum for identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with MateriaVita to advance opportunities through manufacturer coordination, material selection, quotation, technical support, and project follow-up.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, FF&E, hospitality, development, specification, procurement, contracting, or related project sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Established professional presence and a strong local network within Saudi Arabia's Western Region.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and pursue serious business opportunities.
• Experience in client-facing roles with decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• This role is suitable for professionals already operating independently or on a freelance basis.

Collaboration Details

This is a fully freelance and performance-based collaboration. There is no fixed salary or employment structure; partners remain independent. Compensation is commission-based and directly linked to the business generated.
