We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our valued customers. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone, and chat, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Key responsibilities include processing orders and returns, providing product information, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments, and consistently delivering professional service that exceeds customer expectations.

• ManageEngine Administration & Monitoring: Ensure comprehensive operational support and system optimization.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with ManageEngine for technical support and updates.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain essential documentation for operational processes.
• Training & Enablement: Provide training sessions to staff to optimize the use of IT systems.
• Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage reporting.
• Change Management Compliance: Participate in Change Management processes to ensure quality service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with ITSM/ITOM tools, preferably ManageEngine.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory.
• MCSE preferred.

• Present, promote, and sell our products and services.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

• 0 to 5 years of experience in sales.
• Valid driving license.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
