The Residence Guest Service Associate Role

The Residence Guest Service Associate is responsible for managing guest registration, check-out processes, cashiering, and foreign exchange services. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role also involves assisting guests with queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking supplies to ensure sufficient stock for the shift and day.
• Preparing necessary documents (registration forms, welcome folders) before guest arrivals to facilitate check-in.
• Acknowledging and welcoming guests upon their approach to the desk.
• Reviewing OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
• Assisting guests with completing registration forms and verifying important details.
• Directing guests to appropriate lifts and coordinating with Concierge staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage guest registration, check-out, and cashiering tasks.
• Proficiency in handling foreign exchange transactions.
• Capability to assist guests with queries and requests effectively.
