The Role of Cook

Premium Food Company Ltd. is seeking a Cook to join the team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to Baytoti standards. The role requires maintaining consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation across all dishes, including beef, chicken, and shrimp.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items, including beef, chicken, shrimp, and other dishes, according to Baytoti standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation for all prepared food.
• Execute daily tasks such as prepping ingredients and following standardized recipes.
• Manage cooking stations efficiently to ensure timely service.
• Ensure food is served hot and on time for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and kitchen leadership to meet service demands.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The position requires reliable attendance and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
