The Role: Data Entry Clerk

AmCan International Group is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join its team. This full-time position, based in Makkah, is essential for maintaining accurate operational data and providing critical support to the Operations and Supply Chain teams. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately into the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team concerning order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock-related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting operations across both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of the company's distribution and supply chain activities.
