We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help us spread our mission of caring for orphans. As part of our team, you will:

Participate in developing the operational plan and contribute to the marketing strategies for our campaigns.
Manage and enhance our online store to improve user experience and performance efficiency.
Implement marketing campaigns and analyze their results across various promotional platforms.
Provide technical support to donors through our platform and email.
Contribute to designing marketing projects aimed at individuals and creating promotional content.
Prepare periodic reports on the store and analyze donor data to target them effectively and enhance their loyalty.
Generate reports on deductions and SMS and analyze performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns and stores.
Familiarity with analytical tools and performance measurement of marketing campaigns.
Good content writing, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.
