Job Description

About Saudi Arabian Drug Store Company

Saudi Arabian Drug Store Co. (SADSCO) is a multinational distributor specializing in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical devices, and food supplements. With a 70-year legacy in the Saudi healthcare market, SADSCO serves government tenders (NUPCO), private hospitals, pharmacy chains, and e-pharmacy channels across the Kingdom.

The E-commerce Manager Role

SADSCO is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead digital commerce performance across its brand portfolio, with a particular focus on MARNYS, Pharma Nord, and Hisamitsu/Salonpas. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is central to SADSCO's digital transformation efforts and reports directly to the Head of Commercial. The role includes overseeing the rebuild of the SADSCO website into a tiered commerce platform and is accountable for converting online traffic into profitable, repeatable revenue while ensuring full SFDA compliance for all transactions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Hold full P&L accountability for the e-commerce channel, setting and delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets across all online platforms.
  • Manage SADSCO's presence and performance on key marketplace platforms such as Nahdi Online, Amazon, and Noon Health, including listing quality, pricing discipline, and promotional calendars.
  • Drive conversion across the full funnel (traffic, product view, add-to-cart, checkout) by identifying and resolving drop-off points on both the SADSCO website and marketplace storefronts.
  • Set differentiated pricing strategies for e-commerce versus chain-pharmacy channels to protect brand value while maintaining online competitiveness.
  • Own the commercial and technical requirements for the SADSCO Website e-commerce rebuild, collaborating with developers and agencies to deliver a tiered model where OTC and supplement SKUs are transactional to create lead-generations.
  • Ensure UTM tagging discipline and clean handoffs from marketing campaigns into checkout to accurately measure each channel's contribution to online revenue.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, inventory availability, and delivery performance for e-commerce orders in coordination with Supply Chain, and promptly resolve customer service issues.
  • Build loyalty, retention, and re-purchase mechanics for online customers, utilizing purchase and behavioral data to personalize offers and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Manage paid digital acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) in partnership with agencies or in-house resources, holding channels accountable for ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Ensure every online listing, promotion, and campaign receives sign-off from Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, and fully complies with SFDA e-pharmacy requirements.
  • Build and develop the e-commerce team's capability, and lead the organization's broader digital-commerce maturity as SADSCO expands its online footprint.
  • Develop digital content strategies aligned with SADSCO's pharmaceutical and supplement product portfolio.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce management. This includes demonstrated capabilities in P&L accountability, marketplace management, conversion optimization, and digital marketing.
