Join Kenvue as our KSA E-commerce Manager!

Role Overview:
As the KSA E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the online customer experience and growing Kenvue's eCommerce business. You will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce - GCC and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the eCommerce operations in KSA, including achieving sales targets and profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the Kenvue eCommerce business with both internal and external teams.
  • Increase sales and profitability according to the eCommerce strategy.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets while ensuring optimal stock levels and seasonal merchandise.
  • Analyze site performance and develop strategies with partners to enhance the Kenvue eCommerce presence.
  • Engage with stakeholders, partners, and develop innovative initiatives to drive eCommerce growth.
  • Deliver robust competitive intelligence and maintain close monitoring of market trends.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of eCommerce experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in the KSA eCom market is highly desirable.
  • Arabic language skills preferred.
