About the Role

Elite Hospitality - Alnahla Group is seeking an Executive Chef (Lebanese & international Cuisine) to lead kitchen operations for a high-end dining concept in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a culinary leader with strong expertise in international and Lebanese culinary techniques, focusing on consistent quality and high operational standards.

Role Overview

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary aspects, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing professional kitchen brigades and maintaining rigorous standards across all kitchen functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Design and develop menus rooted in authentic international and Lebanese cuisine.
• Maintain strict control over food cost, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff while building a strong culinary culture.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with management on menu engineering, seasonal updates, and concept development.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee ingredient sourcing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar executive chef role.
• Strong expertise in international and Lebanese culinary techniques.
• Proven experience managing professional kitchen brigades.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent quality and maintain high operational standards.
• Passion for culinary leadership.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within a high-end dining concept. The role requires a hands-on approach to kitchen leadership and collaboration with management.
