About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting various food and beverage operations to ensure a high standard of guest service. The position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience and is based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.

Responsibilities

• Support all food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Greet guests, take and serve orders accurately, and maintain a consistent level of service.
• Prepare and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being.

• Ability to support various food and beverage operations.
