Role Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage operations within airport lounges located in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and consistent quality across all assigned outlets. The supervisor supports overall guest satisfaction by ensuring a professional, safe, and well-organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of food and beverage outlets in adherence to company standards and Saudi regulations.
  • Perform supervisory duties including staff scheduling, task assignments, training coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness across all outlets.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints professionally, implementing immediate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Monitor customer service delivery to ensure high guest satisfaction and a premium dining experience.
  • Assist in controlling food and beverage costs, monitoring revenue, and minimizing wastage.
  • Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.
  • Assist in planning and implementing procedures for events and special occasions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and municipality regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Support teamwork and effective coordination with kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, specifically within restaurants, lounges, or catering operations.

Work Environment and Location
