Join CATRION as a Security Manager
As a prominent player in the hospitality industry, CATRION is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all security-related matters within the assigned area. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Security Director.
  • Supervise and control all security tasks and maintenance of equipment.
  • Establish clear communication lines and empower subordinates with clear directions.
  • Monitor staff performance and security operations, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Communicate with security authorities and participate in meetings as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and control of the department's budget.
  • Analyze security performance data and develop improvement plans.
  • Investigate security incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of experience in security management.
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Experience in managing personnel resources, motivating teams, and customer service.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in report writing.
  • Relevant security training certifications.
