About the Role
The HR Trainee will support the HR team across various functions, providing critical assistance in recruitment, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This role offers direct exposure to essential HR processes and valuable hands-on experience in the HR field.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring employee information is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting process improvements and organizational development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
