Regional Sales Manager Role at Converge
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a large field sales organization to deliver sales targets, market coverage, and execution excellence across your assigned region. You will work closely with senior commercial leadership, distributor partners, and trade marketing teams, playing a critical role in translating national sales strategies into effective regional execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Supervisors and Merchandisers, developing coverage models and driving engagement to build a high-performing field force.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, effective route-to-market execution, and strong distributor collaboration.
  • Oversee sales performance tracking, forecasting, ROI assessment on commercial investments, and market benchmarking.
  • Act as a key conduit between the field and head office to ensure market insights and execution feedback inform broader commercial strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional or field sales leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing geographically dispersed field sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer dynamics and route-to-market operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
