Job Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager at A10 Networks, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities within the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Service Provider markets. Your role will involve negotiation and coordination to close deals effectively. You will develop and deliver professional sales presentations, manage project progress, conduct constant sales calls, and work with partners to finalize contracts, ultimately meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.

As a Regional Sales Manager at A10 Networks, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities within the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Service Provider markets. Your role will involve negotiation and coordination to close deals effectively. You will develop and deliver professional sales presentations, manage project progress, conduct constant sales calls, and work with partners to finalize contracts, ultimately meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and manage project timelines.
- Provide clear communication on A10’s technology value propositions.
- Interface with resellers and distributors to expand sales reach.
- Manage forecast reports and business plans effectively.
- Maintain constant communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Regularly review forecasts with the Regional Director.
- Drive business growth and achieve assigned targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Strategic Alliances.
- Strong relationships with leading telco/wireless equipment/solution vendors.
- Prior experience with Nokia and a thorough understanding of their business units is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in developing and closing large international business contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused work ethic.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required; Master’s Degree in Business is preferred.
