Position Purpose:
The Graphics Designer will provide design and administrative support to the I+E BD/Proposals team, focusing on producing high-quality, brand-compliant visuals and documents for prequalification's, EOIs, and tenders throughout the Middle East. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in prequalification’s and expressions of interest for relevant clients.
• Coordinate tender proposals and bids with the Proposal Coordinator/Manager.
• Create visually stunning marketing documents and presentations.
• Manage the library of bid information and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Qualifications in Graphics Design/Marketing/Administration.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment.
• The ability to produce quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
