Job Summary
The Specialist, Graphic Designer is responsible for leading communication and public relations (PR) efforts through the creation of visual assets that support brand messaging. In addition to design duties, they manage PR materials, press kits, and media content, ensuring alignment with marketing and communications strategies. The Specialist ensures all creative outputs are consistent with the brand identity, innovates visual designs, and collaborates closely with teams to enhance public perception and media presence.

About the Role
Visual Design & Brand Messaging:
  • Lead the design of visual assets, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Create compelling designs for online and offline media, maintaining consistent visual language across marketing materials.
  • Innovate visual design to develop unique assets that enhance brand perception and support communications goals.
Public Relations Materials Management:
  • Manage the creation and distribution of PR materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Work with PR teams to craft visual content for media outreach and public communications.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:
  • Work closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure visual outputs align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create designs that meet campaign goals.
  • Partner with media relations teams to produce visuals for press releases and media campaigns.
Brand Consistency & Innovation:
  • Ensure visual content adheres to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Explore new design trends to innovate and elevate visual brand presence.
  • Provide creative input to enhance visual storytelling in traditional and digital media.
Project Management & Delivery:
  • Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for creative services and media content production.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track the effectiveness of visual assets in supporting marketing and PR goals.
  • Report on project success and suggest improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in marketing, PR, or communications.
  • Certifications in graphic design tools (*, Adobe Creative Suite) may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
