Tashweesh Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Growth Marketer to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah cities. We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience to drive our marketing initiatives.

The Role of a Growth Marketer

The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve measurable growth across various marketing channels. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to elevate brands from profitable stages to category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale profitable marketing campaigns across all platforms, ensuring efficient budget management.
• Analyze performance data daily to inform strategic decisions rather than solely generating reports.
• Identify growth opportunities throughout the entire marketing funnel, from advertisement exposure to page conversion.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop testing roadmaps for creative assets, determining effective and ineffective elements.
• Systematize successful creative approaches into repeatable and scalable processes.
• Pinpoint specific bottlenecks in the marketing process, including creative, offer, product, landing page, audience, or tracking issues.
• Improve offers, landing pages, and messaging to enhance conversion rates.
• Track key performance metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rate, making informed decisions on when to scale or discontinue campaigns.
• Understand customer purchasing motivations and translate these insights into more effective marketing strategies.
• Work with the team to guide brands towards becoming category leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Proven track record of analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and identifying trends.
• Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities across the full marketing funnel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and other cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to pinpoint and address performance bottlenecks.
