About the Role

Centro Shaheen is seeking a Guest Service Agent - Saudi National to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals committed to providing professional, customer-focused service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Role Overview

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be a key representative of the Front Office, responsible for direct guest interaction and support. This role involves managing various operational tasks at the guest service desk while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all hotel guests.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hotel standards.
• Manage room sales for walk-in guests and address day-to-day facility issues proactively.
• Handle cash inventory, including cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies for hotel guests, adhering to credit policy guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments, particularly Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservation.
• Ensure the Guest Service Desk is consistently staffed, operationally prepared, and adequately stocked to serve as a primary point of contact for guests.
• Uphold guest privacy by ensuring that no personal details are disclosed.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and current events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• No previous experience is required for this role, making it suitable for entry-level professionals.
