HR Trainee Tamheer Program

About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an HR Trainee to join the team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, through the Tamheer Program. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills within HR operations.

Role Overview

As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Department. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in executing daily HR administrative and operational activities, contributing to the efficient functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing various HR letters as required.
• Assisting with the translation of official documents.
• Attending meetings, documenting proceedings, and translating documents when necessary.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, which includes preparing welcome materials, coordinating the issuance of employee ID cards, and collecting required documentation.
• Assisting the HR team with the preparation and issuance of offer letters.
• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both electronically (soft copies) and manually (hard copies).

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Eligibility for the Tamheer Program.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience within a professional HR department.
