Greener by IHCC is seeking a full-time HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of HVAC systems for new construction and energy efficiency projects. This role is based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for our initiatives across the region.

Role Overview

The HVAC Project Manager will manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial design review and planning through procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, and final handover. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete execution of HVAC projects from kickoff to handover.
• Manage HVAC construction activities and supervise subcontractors.
• Review HVAC designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement processes and material planning.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and project close-out procedures.
• Deliver energy efficiency and retrofit projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and specific project requirements.
• Manage project cost, quality, schedule, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP.
• At least 4 years in a Project Manager or Senior Construction Management role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both new construction and retrofit projects.
