Role Purpose
Responsible for maintaining accurate Nissan parts inventory levels, ensuring high availability, minimizing variances, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations across Petromin Nissan locations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock checks, investigate variances, and maintain system accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for efficient parts flow.
Manage backorders, slow-moving stock, and inbound/outbound transactions.
Update ERP/DMS data and generate inventory reports.
Support continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse processes.

KPIs

Stock accuracy
Parts availability/fill rate
Aging stock reduction
Inventory turnover
Shrinkage/variance levels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business or related field.
3–5 years automotive parts inventory experience (Nissan experience preferred).
Proficiency in ERP/DMS systems and strong analytical skills.
