Role Purpose
Responsible for maintaining accurate Nissan parts inventory levels, ensuring high availability, minimizing variances, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations across Petromin Nissan locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, investigate variances, and maintain system accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for efficient parts flow.
  • Manage backorders, slow-moving stock, and inbound/outbound transactions.
  • Update ERP/DMS data and generate inventory reports.
  • Support continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse processes.

KPIs
  • Stock accuracy
  • Parts availability/fill rate
  • Aging stock reduction
  • Inventory turnover
  • Shrinkage/variance levels

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business or related field.
  • 3–5 years automotive parts inventory experience (Nissan experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP/DMS systems and strong analytical skills.
