Introduction: The receptionist is an essential part of the NOL Rehabilitation Center, where they welcome visitors and clients and direct them to the relevant departments, in addition to answering phone inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Welcoming visitors and clients and identifying their needs.
- Providing visitors with the required information and informing the relevant reference about the reviewers.
- Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries or transferring to the relevant reference.
- Making internal communications to obtain necessary information.
- Scheduling interviews and recording the names of reviewers in the relevant logs.
- Adhering to procedural guides and the policies and procedures in place.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: secondary education, business administration, marketing, customer service, executive secretarial.
Required Skills:- Customer service, reception, visit scheduling, answering incoming calls.
