Job Description

About the Role

IHCC is seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the organization in managing legal affairs, contracts, documentation, and related government and legal matters. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on ongoing legal cases and prepare legal memos and supporting documents.
  • Draft and review various agreements, including MOUs, FIDIC contracts, supply agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Prepare legal documents, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Handle matters related to the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), Ejar platform, Real Estate Registration, and other relevant legal and government portals.
  • Manage contracts, powers of attorney, corporate records, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and external parties on legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper archiving of legal documents.
  • Provide support for other legal assignments as required by the Legal Department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting and legal documentation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Saudi legal and government platforms.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience, with up to 10 years considered.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with potential responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
