Join our Team as a Lifeguard!
We are currently seeking a Lifeguard to join our team at our resort in Jeddah. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests. If you are certified, experienced, and passionate about water safety, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or accidents.
  • Administer first aid and CPR when required.
  • Educate guests on water safety protocols and resort policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pool Lifeguard Qualification from the Saudi Life Saving Federation.
  • Advanced First Aid Certification.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of lifeguard experience.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

  • A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and contract management within a large or complex organization.
  • Expertise in financial control, cost analysis, and budget optimization.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, encompassing drafting, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
