We're Hiring : Overseas Relations Officer 🌍
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah 
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔸️Job Objective
To build and develop a strong international network of relationships with freight forwarders, external freelancers, and import/export clients, and convert these relationships into real operational opportunities in the medium and long term.

🔸️Key Responsibilities

Research and identify freight forwarding companies and overseas agents through approved platforms.
Conduct official and professional communication on behalf of the company.
Build long-term business relationships rather than focusing on quick deals.
Record and document all contacts and relationships in the tracking system.
Move strong relationships to direct communication channels (email, WhatsApp, calls).
Perform regular follow-ups in a professional and non-aggressive manner.
Coordinate with management when potential operational or partnership opportunities arise.

🔸️Job Requirements (English)

Strong professional communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficiency in email communication and professional platforms.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Organized, committed, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding is a plus but not mandatory.
