تسعى شركة الهنكي للتطوير العقاري لتوظيف مهندس صيانة أنظمة إلكتروميكانيكية.

في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على التشغيل اليومي لجميع أنظمة المباني، بما في ذلك:
  • أنظمة التكييف والتهوية (HVAC)
  • المصاعد
  • أنظمة الإضاءة
  • أنظمة المياه والصرف الصحي
  • أنظمة الحريق والإنذار
ستكون مهامك تشمل أيضًا:
  • تنفيذ ومتابعة خطط الصيانة الوقائية والدورية طبقًا للمعايير الفنية.
  • إدارة وتوجيه فرق الصيانة الفنية (كهرباء، ميكانيكا، سباكة...) وتوزيع المهام اليومية.
  • استقبال بلاغات الأعطال من العملاء، وتوجيه الفرق الفنية لاتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية والفعالة.
  • الإشراف على أعمال المقاولين وموردي الخدمات الفنية، وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية توضح حالة المباني، الأعطال المتكررة، ومؤشرات أداء الصيانة وتكاليفها.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 48 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة المباني السكنية أو التجارية.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة إدارة المباني الذكية (BMS).

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات قيادية في إدارة الفرق.
  • مهارات تواصل عالية.
  • القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electricity/Electronics) or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, and functional verification using automatic and semiautomatic program maintenance diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with ICC, ECS, RS, CRG, IFF, AMG, GMT, LRPT, and LS systems.
