Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production and utility equipment availability at optimum levels.
  • Implement Equipment Reliability Techniques to eliminate losses and extend the life of equipment.
  • Utilize value analysis methods for the repair or replacement of spare parts.
  • Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures affecting plant operations.
  • Manage and control PCM indicators, generate maintenance reports, and ensure compliance with PM activities.
  • Oversee spare parts management and calibration activities.
  • Train production and maintenance teams in SAP PM/AM module applications.
  • Ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Policy and global ESG commitments.

Academic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with CMMS and energy management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and emergency response protocols.
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently across shifts.

Job Purpose:
