ALPLA Group is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Role Overview

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production and maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning processes with global standards. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing production metrics, and implementing maintenance procedures to support overall plant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production plans, schedule personnel, and ensure target output is met.
• Optimize cycle times, material usage, and implement waste reduction strategies.
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures, track downtimes, and manage spare parts.
• Safeguard tools and align operations with established global standards.
• Conduct 5S assessments, GMP audits, risk evaluations, and Gemba walks to enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Define department KPIs, manage energy and consumption tracking, and analyze operational issues.
• Submit monthly reports to management regarding operational performance.
• Identify staff training needs, ensure effective cross-departmental communication, and lead regular operational synchronization meetings.
• Assist the Head of Operations in budget preparation and support overall plant efficiency and profitability initiatives.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
