The Role of a Math Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills through mathematics, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.

Qualifications and Experience

Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a relevant subject area.
Proven teaching qualifications, a professional teaching license, or equivalent (*, PGCE / QTS).
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Strong proficiency in the subject matter of mathematics.
Well-developed teaching skills and effective classroom management abilities.
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered an advantage.
