About the Performance Officer Role
Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Performance Officer to join the Regional Support Branches & Regulatory Affairs unit. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on branch performance to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Performance Officer will play a key role in supporting regional branches and regulatory affairs by meticulously tracking performance data and analyzing operational results. This involves coordinating reporting activities to provide clear visibility into branch performance. The position is designed to identify trends, highlight areas needing improvement, and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency and regulatory adherence across all regions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Track performance metrics for regional support branches to ensure accurate visibility of operational and regulatory compliance levels.
- Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate data collection from stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent submission of performance inputs.
- Analyze performance variances across regions to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives to enhance branch efficiency and regulatory alignment.
- Validate the accuracy of submitted performance data to maintain the integrity of reported results.
- Prepare dashboards and visual summaries for management teams to effectively monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in developing performance standards and targets to promote consistent operational excellence across branches.
- Manage HRDF registration, follow-up, and maintenance of all related processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or business support roles.
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations or multi-branch environments, including exposure to KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
- Strong knowledge within a retail or multi-branch operational context is required.
