The work also includes editing photos and videos using specialized software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to ensure high quality and visual consistency that reflects the brand's professionalism. The photographer also processes virtual tours using advanced tools like Matterport to guarantee a distinct user experience. The role requires direct communication with real estate agents and property owners to coordinate shooting schedules and ensure site readiness, while adhering to delivery schedules. The photographer is also responsible for operating and maintaining photography equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones, as well as complying with established aviation and aerial photography regulations.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising operations and ensuring high standards of quality and performance in our extrusion factories. Your leadership will drive efficient production, maintain safety standards, and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate production personnel to meet quality standards and production targets.
• Monitor operational metrics and track progress towards achieving objectives.
• Ensure effective use of materials and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to address quality concerns.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and maintain TPM & 5S programs.
• Develop staff capabilities through coaching and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of production management experience in a modern manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in plastic extrusion and process optimization.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to produce clear reports.
• Diploma in Polymer Technology or relevant experience.
