Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Qudwah Industrial Co. specializes in Woodwork Fabrication, Exhibitions, and Advertising Structures. We're looking for a talented photographer to capture the craftsmanship and scale of our custom-built exhibition booths and advertising displays.

Your Responsibilities:

• Photograph wood-based advertising structures, exhibition booths, and installations both on-site and in-studio.
• Edit and retouch photos for company profiles, client proposals, and digital platforms.
• Deliver visual content that reflects our brand quality and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to capture key project milestones.
• Organize and archive all creative content.

Requirements:

• Experience in architectural, interior, or industrial photography.
• Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Excellent eye for angles, lighting, and scale.
• Ability to shoot on-site in fast-paced production environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Videography experience (timelapse, project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes).
• Experience photographing wood, textures, and large-scale structures.
• Own professional equipment.

The photographer is also responsible for operating and maintaining photography equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones, as well as complying with established aviation and aerial photography regulations.

At Mapa Group, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Engineer to become a vital part of our Juranah Independent Strategic Water Reservoir Project (ISWR) controls team. Your expertise will help us ensure effective financial oversight on complex, large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage comprehensive cost control systems in alignment with project scope.
• Monitor and track project budgets, commitments, actual expenditures, and forecasts.
• Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) and generate cost performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, including forecast-to-complete (FTC) and estimate-at-completion (EAC) evaluations.
• Analyze the cost impact of change orders, delays, and modifications, coordinating with contract and planning teams.
• Manage the client payment application process.
• Oversee subcontractor cost control activities, ensuring timely payments and contractual compliance.
• Assist in cost alignment with BOQs, scope packages, and tender deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control and project controls.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Primavera Cost Module, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Deep understanding of cost control methodologies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is highly desirable.
