Job Description

About the PL Management Specialist Role

HungerStation is seeking a PL Management Specialist to join our team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on optimizing partner performance, ensuring seamless vendor onboarding, and maintaining operational excellence within our ecosystem.

Partner Performance and Onboarding Management

  • Drive the partner performance cycle and ensure newly onboarded vendors successfully generate orders.
  • Ensure a high success rate for new partners joining the platform, targeting 70% passing.
  • Design and refine the vendor onboarding journey to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop training programs, tools, materials, and procedures to support the team in providing excellent service and support for partners.
  • Design communication strategies and templates for new vendors to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge for successful operation.

Operational Excellence and Partner Retention

  • Manage the onboarding queue for shops in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring processes are aligned and followed.
  • Implement structured actions and tasks to optimize operational metrics, achieve content excellence, and educate new partners.
  • Work to prevent partner churn and minimize the number of shops becoming inactive shortly after joining.
  • Create best practices with the team and assist in resolving escalations from shop partners.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and promptly.

Reporting, Data Management, and Process Improvement

  • Maintain and share accurate reporting and tracking of team performance.
  • Generate required daily data and reports to effectively manage the partner portfolio.
  • Establish a vendor feedback loop to ensure pain points are identified and addressed throughout the onboarding process and various touch points.
  • Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports relevant to the line of work, meeting established requirements, objectives, and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, work methods, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.

Governance and Compliance

  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure daily work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Promote the implementation and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, processes, and instructions among other employees.
  • Follow daily operations related to the job to ensure work continuity and efficiency.
