About the Role of Project Lead

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Project Lead to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves providing technical expertise and leadership for the design, development, and execution of assigned projects, ensuring they meet predefined business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Project Leadership and Execution

The Project Lead is responsible for guiding projects from conception through completion. This includes leading planning efforts, coordinating resources, and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. The role focuses on maintaining project integrity and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate project resources and teams to optimize productivity and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the achievement of project milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards to provide senior management with actionable insights and ensure transparency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain operational excellence and project integrity.
• Coach and mentor project team members to enhance capabilities, knowledge sharing, and effective project delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project leadership and execution. The role requires a proven track record of managing projects successfully from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah. The Project Lead will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
