We are looking for an active and ambitious real estate marketer to join our team, who has a spirit of initiative and a high ability to work both in the field and digitally, and represents our company professionally in the real estate market.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Field Marketing (Top Priority)

• Field mobility to explore properties and investment opportunities in the market

• Building a network of relationships with property owners, developers, and brokers

• Attending real estate exhibitions and events and representing the company in them

• Conducting field tours with clients and presenting real estate offers

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

• Managing the company's accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn)

• Creating attractive marketing content for properties and company services

• Interacting with followers and responding to inquiries through the platforms

• Photographing properties and preparing professional marketing reels and videos

Searching for Real Estate Opportunities

• Monitoring and analyzing the market and searching for suitable properties for sale, rent, and investment

• Keeping up with updates and areas with investment feasibility

• Compiling a database of available properties and promising opportunities

Using AI and Technology

• Employing AI tools in content production and marketing

• Using modern technology to improve the quality of offers and processes

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in real estate marketing or sales
