Role Overview: Reservations Agent

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Reservations Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing bookings, providing comprehensive information about hotel services, and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide detailed information about hotel accommodations, rates, packages, and special offers to potential guests.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and promote hotel services.
• Enter and maintain reservation data in the property management system (PMS) with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow up on guest requests and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
• Assist with group bookings and manage allotments as directed by management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences from reservation to check-out.
• Monitor and update hotel availability to optimize occupancy rates.
• Prepare daily reports on reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests with inquiries.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and reservation techniques.
