• Inspect safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and tools and replace those that do not meet safety standards.
• Monitor work crews and report any lapses in safety precautions.
• Examine the conditions of ditches and tunnels, recommending safety measures accordingly.
• Investigate accidents to determine causes and develop preventive measures.
• Educate workers on the proper use of safety equipment and safe work methods.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures throughout the work process.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a diploma.
• Strong technical knowledge related to safety in maintenance jobs.
• Excellent organization skills and proactive communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in large organizations.
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Strategic management skills are a plus.
